近些日子气温骤降,但大学生网上求职却如火如荼。可是,网上的海量信息既会带来难得的机遇,又可能将普通的求职者无情湮没。网上求职怎么样才可以找到高薪的好工作?怎样把简历写好呢?
量化自己要突出关键词
“一定要找好自己的关键词!”邹先生告诉记者,招聘公司网上寻觅,通常以学历、资历、薪资要求、职位意向等为关键词,快速筛选求职者。所以,大学生填写网络个人简历时,要将自己条块化,放进相应的关键词里,在每一个“标签”下,用直观的数字和实例介绍自己。工作经验、兼职经历、性格爱好、个人能力等简介,要避免大篇的文字描述,尽量浓缩量化成“一二三”等几“小点”,如参与了哪些项目,写清楚项目的软、硬件环境即可;薪资要求要精确到具体数字,少用含糊其词的“上下”“左右”等;求职意向不要杂,最好是彼此相关的“职位群”。
信息真实保护个人隐私
“没拿奖学金,千万不能写!招聘公司会暗中核实。”邹先生提醒大学生在保护自己隐私的前提下,应尽量提供自己的真实信息。网络是虚拟的,但招聘却很真实。许多大公司将“面对面”的招聘会摆到网上,就做好了“打假”的准备。比如,像荷兰银行这样的跨国大公司会不惜人力物力,到就业办或者院系印证求职者个人简历中的某个“小细节”;有的公司还会要求填写各类兼职中“同事”的姓名和手机——一个电话打过去,个人简历的真实性即可“验明正身”。
除了信息真实、求职诚信外,网上求职还要懂得保护个人隐私。姓名、手机、邮箱、固定电话等可以尽量准确、全面。但是,身份证号码却不能轻易“外传”,而大学生在个人简历中最好只留宿舍电话和地址。
读懂招聘语慧眼寻找“婆家”
网络信息,鱼龙混杂,要懂得识破骗子公司的网络欺诈,别找错“婆家”。建议投简历前先看一下有关防骗的文章:招聘用语暗藏玄机,读懂大小公司的招聘“网语”,有助于大学生网上求职,少走弯路,避免受骗上当。正规大公司有专业的人力资源部门,网络招聘中公司简介、职位描述、招聘要求等往往具体而贴切,如职责能力要求、在公司中的位置、向谁负责、由谁领导、薪资待遇、假期规定等都会条分缕析,一一注明。而那些过于简单、笼统、千篇一律的公司和职位描述,其背后可能潜伏着一个说谎的“皮包”公司。
