参考教案 第六十一课 Lesson Sixty-one
一、教学内容
1.词汇(略)。
2.句型:1)Everything begins to grow in spring. 2)It's best to wear cool clothes. 3) It is/lasts from~to~.
二、教具
录音机;几件厚大衣和几件夏天穿的衣服。
三、课堂教学设计
1.复习值日生报告。
教师通过提问,复习十二个月份的名称:
T: How many months are there in a year?
Ss: There are twelve.
T: What are they?
Ss: They're January, February, March…
教师可插问:
T: How do you spell“January”?
Ss: J-a-n-u-a-r-y, January.
教师将该词写在黑板上,其他词依次插问学生如何拼写。教师书写时,要有意识地按四季中月份的分配写,即某个季节的三个月份要写在一起,留到下面用。
2.打开书,学生看图。借助图片,教授本课生词。可用如下句子启发学生:
T: There are four seasons in a year. (手指书上插图) They're spring, summer, autumn and winter.
放慢语速,重复两遍。领读生词。
T: Now look at the first picture. It's spring. What can you see in this picture?
(启发学生回答:)
SS: We can see birds, green trees and flowers.
T: Right. It's warm in spring. Everything begins to grow.
按此种方法,由图1至图4将四季的特点过一遍。其中,拿出准备好的夏装来展示cool
clothes;冬装来展示warm clothes。
领读所有生词,反复多遍,直到学生初步掌握为止。
3.放课文录音,学生跟读三遍。
4.利用黑板上已写好的十二个月份的名称,来教授以下句型:
T:(将黑板上几组词整理成下面的形状:)
用较慢语速说:
In China,spring is/lasts from February to April. Summer is/lasts from May to July. Autumn is/lasts from about August to October and winter is/lasts from about November to January.
可将be from…to/last from…to等句式写在黑板上。学生听懂后,可随教师指挥,自己试说一至两遍。
5.指导学生做练习册习题。
6.布置作业
1)抄写生词、短语及图画中有关四季特点的句子;2)完成练习册习题。
四、难点讲解
1.Everything begins to grow.万物开始生长。
begin to do sth.开始做某事。例如:
When she reached home she began to do her homework.她到家后,开始做作业。
2.It's very hot in summer. 夏天天气很热。
句中代词it指天气。
3.It's best to wear cool clothes. 最好穿凉爽的衣服。
It's best to do sth. 最好做某事。句中的it是形式上的主语,真正的主语是动词不定式短语 to wear cool clothes.
4.It lasts from May to July. 夏天从五月持续到七月。
句中的last是动词,表示“持续”。
