Step 2: Cook the pasta

Prepare a pan of boiling water and season with salt. Place the pasta into the pan and push itdown with your wooden spoon, so that all the spaghetti is submerged under the water. Addhalf of the oil and cook for roughly 7-10 minutes.

Step 3: Render the bacon

Meanwhile, into a warmed second pan add the olive oil, then the chopped bacon. Stir and let itrender, stirring for a few minutes. To render simply means to melt the fat. Then turn theheat off.

Step 4: Combine the egg yolks, parmesan and cream

Place the egg yolks into a bowl, then the cream and the parmesan cheese. Combine it alltogether.

Step 5: Drain the pasta

When the pasta is cooked, transfer it into a colander, then place the colander back on top ofthe saucepan to drain the excess liquid.

Once the pasta is thoroughly drained, quickly place it back into the pan of bacon fat and stirwell to coat the pasta. Then pour in the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.

Preparation method 制作步骤：
1. Place all of the dressing ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined and smooth, then season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place into a bowl and store in the fridge until ready to serve.

2. To make the prawn cocktail, place the prawns and dressing into a bowl and mix together gently.

1. Combine the pork ribs with the marinade sauce (1), set about 10 mimutes.

2. Then mix the pork ribs with the starch (2), set about 1 mimutes.

3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in the pan at medium-high heat. Add the ginger first then stir in onion, stir together for half a minute,or until onion is translucent.

4、Add the pork ribs and continue stirring for about 2 minutes,until the pork ribs turn lightly brown on both sides.
