人格、性格、气质 我们都知道，知识的掌握比较简单，它主要靠记忆来实现，是一种层次较低的智力活动，所以人们把长于记忆、懒于思考的人讥为两脚书橱；但是人格的养成却相当复杂，它不仅需要丰富的知识，还需要健康的体魄、良好的教养、广泛的兴趣、高尚的情操和真正的智慧。 那到底什么是人格呢？
人格是指一个人与社会环境相互作用表现出的一种独特的行为模式、思想模式和情绪反应的特征，也是一个人区别于他人的特征之一。
人格包括两部分：性格与气质。性格是人稳定个性的心理特征，表现在人对现实的态度和相应的行为方式上。性格从本质上表现了人的特征，而气质就好像是给人格打上了一种色彩、一个标记，性格可分类为人类天生的共同人性与个体在后天环境与学习影响下所形成的独特个性。气质是指人的心理活动和行为模式方面的特点，赋予性格光泽。同样是热爱劳动的人，可是气质不同的人表现就不同：有的人表现为动作迅速，但粗糙一些，这可能是胆汁质的人；有的人很细致，但动作缓慢，可能是黏液质的人。气质和性格这样构成了人格。 辛亥革命以后，蔡元培便认为既然革命已经成功，所谓爱国精神就“不在提倡革命，而在养成完全之人格。”担任北京大学校长以后，他又反复强调：“大学并不是贩卖毕业的机关，也不是灌输固定知识的机关，而是研究学理的机关。??研究学理的结果，必要影响于人生。”因此他常常对自己的学生说：你们应“当有研究学问之兴趣，尤当养成学问家之人格。”
一位有名的商店经理曾经说：“有些人生来就有与人交往的天性，他们无论对人对己，处世待人，举手投足与言谈行为都很自然得体，毫不费力便能获得他人的注意和喜爱。可有些人便没有这种天赋，他们必须加以努力，才能获得他人的注意和喜爱。但不论是天生的还是努力的，他们的结果，无非是博得他人的善意，而那获得善意的种种途径和方法，便是‘人格’的发展。”
由此可见，人格的重要性。
我们又该如何培养自己的人格魅力呢？
人格是一个人赖以立足人世、创造事业的根本.因此对於人格魅力的讨论便尤为显得成熟而且必要了.人格魅力不是追求完美，而是发展积极的心态，表现真实的自我 。人格魅力不是刻意表现的，人格魅力的气质存在与骨子里，人格魅力应该是一种自然的发散。 人格魅力这名词就是一种感觉，为了表达这种感觉出来而创造的词 。你真正能打动别人心的只有你的真诚和善良。
第一，在对待现实的态度或处理社会关系上，要培养自己对他人和对集体的真诚热情、友善、富于同情心，乐于助人和交往，关心和积极参加集体活动；对自己严格要求，有进取精神，自励而不自大，自谦而不自卑；对待学习、工作和事业，勤奋认真。
第二，在理智上，有意识地培养自己感知敏锐、丰富的想像能力，较强的思维逻辑性和创新意识及创造能力。
第三，在情绪上，学会控制和支配自己的情绪，总是保持乐观开朗，振奋豁达的'心境，使自己情绪稳定而平衡，与人相处时总是给人带来欢笑，令人精神舒畅。
第四，在意志上，训练自己做事目标明确，行为自觉，善于自制，勇敢果断，坚韧不拔，积极主动等一系列积极品质。
当你具有上述这些良好性格特征时，往往会逐渐成为群体中受欢迎和受倾慕的人。
接下来，让我们再来看看什么是性格。
一位教育家曾说过：一个人的行为日久可以成为习惯；一个人的习惯日久可以成为性格；一个人的性格则往往决定他的前途。
性格是指表现在人对现实的态度和相应的行为方式中的比较稳定的、具有核心意义的个性心理特征，是一种与社会相关最密切的人格特征，在性格中包含有许多社会道德含义。
性格在我们人生中，扮演着非常重要的角色。
性格的类型有：
1、开放型： 也叫协调型。追求和谐发展

2、完美型：事事力求完美，不断改善自己

3、给予型：愿意为他人服务
代表人物：雷锋、焦裕禄

气质：
气质，指人的生理、心理等素质，是相当稳定的个性特点。也指人的风度；模样。气质是根据人的姿态、长相、穿着、性格、行为等元素结合起来给别人的一种心理感觉，即称为气质
气质的分类：
多血质
灵活性高，易于适应环境变化，善于交际，在工作，学习中精力充沛而且效率高； 对什么都感兴趣，但情感兴趣易于变化；有些投机取巧，
易骄傲，受不了一成不变的生活。代表人物：韦小宝，孙悟空，王熙凤。
胆汁质
情绪易激动，反应迅速，行动敏捷，暴躁而有力；性急，有一种强烈而迅速燃烧的热情，不能自制；在克服困难上有坚忍不拔的劲头，但不善于考虑能否做到，工作有明显的周期性，
能以极大的热情投身于事业，也准备克服且正在克服通向目标的重重困难和障碍，但当精力消耗殆尽时，便失去信心，情绪顿时转为沮丧而一事无成。代表人物：张飞、李逵、晴雯。 黏液质
反应比较缓慢，坚持而稳健的辛勤工作；动作缓慢而沉着，能克制冲动，严格恪守既定的工作制度和生活秩序；情绪不易激动，也不易流露感情；自制力强，不爱显露自己的才能；固定性有余而灵活性不足。代表人物：鲁迅，薛宝钗。
抑郁质
高度的情绪易感性，主观上把很弱的刺激当做强作用来感受，常为微不足道的原因而动感情，且有力持久；行动表现上迟缓，有些孤僻；遇到困难时优柔寡断，面临危险时极度恐惧。代表人物：林黛玉。
气质对人在与人交往中，都是极其重要讲究的。

I was told many many times that the most important and the most difficult thing in this world is to know yourself well and to see through yourself. Before my speech, I would like to do a survey. What is your personality or what are your personalities? Definitely, different people has different answers. Maybe you will say: “I am outgoing.” Maybe you will say: “I am optimistic.” Maybe she will say: “oh, it is hard to express.” No matter whatever your answer is, in my opinion, your personality decides your dream, your fate , your future even your life. Many many years ago my father told me: “Son, generally speaking you are excellent. I am proud of you.You have a lot of good personalities, such as: honest, hard-working, diligent, optimistic, generous, except vanity. All these are good for you, but probably one day vanity will kill you and kill your dream.” I didn’t understand what my father said at that time. Vanity? V-A-N-I-T-Y. What is the meaning? Vanity is similar to arrogance. Vanity means that you take too much pride in your ability or your achievements. For example, this task is beyond your ability. It is impossible for you to achieve it. And finally I was cheated by local people in Africa. And finally I was a loser and an underdog. I suffered a great loss, at least ten million RMB. Just like a magic, I was turned into a penniless guy from a rich-man and I was in a great debt. All my friends and family members went away from me, including my wife and my daughter. That is a good example to show that vanity killed me and personality decides dream. My father is quite right. “One day vanity will kill you and kill your dream.” Now it reminds me sometimes ,especially when I make a big decision to do something. Right now I am in Yiwu to start my own business again. Right now my dream is to help middle school students to pass entrance examination easily and smoothly in a short time even if their English level is poor and low. Right now my current dream often reminds me to keep away from vanity because of my previous doings. Luckily it works now. That is: dream changes personality.
