　　今天上午做完寒假作业感觉有点累了，想起了还有长跑作业，于是下楼准备长跑，这次决定顺着大道跑。外面的天气依然寒冷刺骨，由于快接近中午，太阳却很强眼，晒得有些暖意，行人多了，气氛也就增添了不少，使我的心静也也随之开心了许多。我甩开胳膊开始跑步，“一二一”我心里开始数着节拍，边跑边看着路边的风景，急匆赶路的人，打闹嬉戏的中学生……跑着跑着，跑出很远了，忘记了寒冷，忘记劳累，感觉跑步原来也不是难嘛！

　　长跑不仅让我呼吸到了新鲜的空气，还锻炼了身体，同时体会到成功后的'喜悦，望着耀眼的太阳，想着那些有趣的事情，不由自主的乐了，我喜爱冬季长跑。
