　　徐老师为了培养我们学习英语的兴趣给同学们分成四个大组来比拼并说到：“奖励是谁一节课的分数多就可以减少家庭作业！惩罚是谁上课讲话作业就增加一倍！”在上课的'过程中我们不仅学习了很多知识还还玩了游戏！一节课下来获胜小组是二组，他们高兴得一蹦三尺高。

　　徐老师对待每一位学生都非常的有耐心，上课时，我有一个单词没读出来，我以为徐老师会狠狠地批评我，谁知道徐老师微笑着说：“没关系，加油！老师相信你可以的！”在徐老师地鼓励下我那个单词记得很牢发音也很准。于是我对学习英语更加有信心了！
