　　你们猜今天中午我家吃什么？是“猫耳朵”。你们知不知道“猫耳朵”是什么东西呢？昨天爸爸说今天中午要吃“猫耳朵”，我也不知道“猫耳朵”是什么东西，爸爸跟我说了之后我才明白了。

　　之前我一直以为“猫耳朵”真的是猫咪的耳朵呢！直到爸爸开始做的时候，我才知道这“猫耳朵”是用面粉做的。

　　“猫耳朵”的做法很简单，先把面和好，再把面搓成一个长条，切成一个一个小疙瘩，再用大拇指把小疙瘩一搓，就成了一个一个“猫耳朵”，还真的很像一个个猫咪的耳朵呢！我们全家一起动手，很快就搓了一大堆。妈妈再烧开一锅水，把“猫耳朵”放进锅里，然后把各种配料放进去，就跟煮面条一样，煮熟了就可以吃了。
