　　暑假中的一天，我在家闲的无聊，就打电话让姐姐来我家玩。

　　那么暑假时间如何能够把控得当，合理安排呢？本人不才，经过一番深思熟虑，总结如下：

　　一，养精蓄锐。

　　安排在暑假每天下午、条件许可的情况下，有三个小时的午休睡眠时间。要知道夏天暑气很重，通过睡眠大家可以很好的排解掉体内暑气，让人的身体获得较为良好的状态。同时，夏天这么多自由时间如果不好好养精蓄锐、积蓄能量的话，可怎么好呢？因此，每天下午的'一点到三点期间安排睡眠休息是很好的选择。

　　二，运动锻炼。

　　去年暑假趣事儿——捉青蛙，我有一大半时间是在爷爷奶奶家度过的。

　　暑假里的一天，阳光明媚，万里无云。妈妈、小姨和小姨父带我去南京的西埂莲乡看荷花。我心想，那里的荷花一定很漂亮吧！

　　到了那里，我们一进门就闻到一阵清香，我赶紧往荷花池边跑去。荷花已经开了不少了，荷叶挨挨挤挤的，像一个个碧绿的大圆盘。白荷花在这些大圆盘之间冒出来，有的才展开两三片花瓣儿。有的花瓣儿全都展开了，露出了嫩黄色的小莲蓬。有的还是骨朵儿，看起来饱胀得马上要破裂似的。三千多亩的荷花展现在我们面前，真是美不胜收。我站在荷花池旁，情不自禁地翩翩起舞，多想变成荷花仙子啊！采下数不尽的莲蓬。

　　我们继续往前走，突然，小姨说：“看，十二生肖像。”我说：“妈妈，我想和我的属相拍照。”妈妈说：“好。”我想：我属猪，我应该去找猪。咦！猪的前面怎么是鸡呀?小姨夫说：“董董，你看这个牌子。”这个牌子上写的'是：你们有没有发现什么，对，就是少了一个狗肖像，它就在后面等着你们呢！我们去荷花仙子那里找，果然找到了，我高兴极了，让妈妈给我拍了照。

　　好不容易出来一趟，小姨提议带我去大型游乐场“果壳里”玩，我一听高兴地一蹦三尺高。进入游乐场，我先玩了火车、旋转飞椅、舞蹈喷泉。最刺激的还是水上过山车，我先穿好雨衣和小姨一起坐在船上，船一点一点地升高，我的心也跟着提到嗓子眼了。还没等我反应过来，船又急速下降，水像喷泉一样喷了数米高，水花溅到我们身上，我忍不住大叫一声，船就缓缓地漂到终点。我的心还是怦怦地直跳，真是太好玩了。

　　天色已晚，我和妈妈、小姨、小姨夫吃完晚饭，就开开心心地回家了。
