这学期是我任教的第一学期，我担任初一级七班，八班的英语教学。由于教学经验颇浅。因此，我对教学工作不敢怠慢，认真研究，深入研究教法，虚心向前辈研究。经过一个学期的努力，获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。以下是我在本学期的教学情况。
一方面，农村的学生英语听，说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们还不适应。另一方面，七班的同学比力活跃，上课气氛积极，但中等生占较大多半，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，没有照顾到团体，而八班的同学比力沉静，研究欠积极性，虽然优良生比例大，但中下层面而也广，我备课时也没有注意到这点，因此教学效果不如理想。从此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体题目具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教诲学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。
教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。
一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。比方我在教授unit3、leon9的时候，这课的主题是“如何讯问和回答工夫”，教学难度比力大。假如标新立异地教学，学生会感到困难和沉闷。为了上好这堂课，我当真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为了令教学活泼，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。当讲到

是”quarter”了。这样学生就形象地明白了这两个单词。而讲到如何表达时间时，我用了一个用红卡纸做的大钟，同学们一开始就被它吸引住了，显得颇有积极性。用实物让学生练”what’sthetime？it’s……”的句型，学生特别用功，教学效果十分理想。相反，我没有认真备课的时候，课堂气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。
备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都市直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课活泼，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课，我感到有点愧疚，因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学，违反纪律时，我的情感就受到影响，并且把这带到教学中，让原本正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的`水平，以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服，研究方法，采纳有利方法办理当中困难。
英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不原学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是帮助班上的同学改英文名，尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，近来更帮部分同学交上了”XXX”，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢研究英语。因为只有英语水平提高，他们才能达到交异国笔友的目的，同时也可以提高同学们的英语写作能力，对成绩优秀的同学很有好处。因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断研究中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的研究风气。因此，绝对不能忽视。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如在七班，我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有能力提高，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平；第二组是肯学，但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导，耐心教导，慢慢提高他们的成绩，不能操之过急，且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力，成绩有望搞提高；第三组是纪律松散，研究不认真，基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境，才会立下心来研究。只要坚持辅导，这些同学基础重新建立起来，以后授课的效果就会更好。

So you see ，life with low-carbon can be fact when we protect the earth ， we are protecting ks for listening to me. as you slowly open your eyes, look around , notice where the light es into your room; listen carefully, see if there are new sounds you can recognize; feel with your body and spirit, and see if you can sense the freshness in the air. yes, yes, yes, it ’ s a new day, it ’ s a different day, an it ’ s a bright day! and most importantly, it is a new beginning for your life, a beginning where you are going to make new desicisions, take new actions, make new friends, and take your life to a totally unprecedented level! you know all this is real as long as you are confident,passionate and mitted! and you are confident, you are passionate, you are mitted! you will no longer fear making new sounds, showing new facial expressions, using your body in new ways,approaching new people, and asking new questions. you will live every single day of your life with absolute passion, and you will show your passion through the s you speak and the actions you take. you will focus all your time and effort on the most important goals of your life. you will never succumb to challenges of hardships. you will never waver in your pursuit of excellence. after all,you are the best, and you deserve the best! as your coach and friend, i can assure you the door to all the best things in the world will open to you, but the key to that door is in your hand. you must do your part, you must faithfully follow the plans you make and take the actions you plan, you must never quit, you must never fear. i know you must do it, you can do it, you will do it, and you will succeed! now stand firm and tall, make a fist, get excited, and yell it out: i must do it! i can do it! i will do it! i will succeed! i must do it! i can do it! i will do it! i will succeed! i must do it! i can do it! i will do it! i will succeed! 首先感谢学校领导和老师们给了我这样一次机会，让我能够在这里和大家共同交换教学工作中的一些得失。非常荣幸，但引见经验谈不上，只是在英语教学实践中的一些做法和感悟，有不当之处，请各位多批评指正。 回顾自己将近20年来在英语教学中的点点滴滴，感觉并没有什么特别绝对行之有效的“锦囊奇策”，有的只是严谨的工作立场，灵活的教学方法。总之一句话，有付出就有收获，成绩和平时心血的付出成正比。其实我一直感觉教师与教师之间的常识水平并没有太大的差距，重点是在教学进程中怎样去表现自己，鼓动学生，对上好一节课有无去想办法，有无时刻给自己提纲求，有无经常深思自己的教学方法，下面是我在教学中会经常注意的一些地方。 一、师生关系 良好的师生关系是保证完成教学任务的重要条件，要做一名学生喜欢的英语老师。学生亲其师，方能信其道，乐其道，才能积极的接受教师传授的知识，提高研究兴趣。每个老师都是为了学生好，可是有时学生真的是不领情，那么为什么学生就不明白我们的良苦用心呢？所以建立良好的师生关系显得尤为重要，要想方设法让学生对老师佩服，信服，并且乐于和你交流，愿意听你的话。这就要求我们在各个方面都要加以注意，比如：知识丰富全面，教学敬业，关爱关注学生，风趣幽默，了解孩子的心理，懂得他们的爱好兴趣，尊重信任学生。 二、热情 教师要有饱满的热情，满怀激情地走进教室，要感染学生，激发学生的情感，使课堂气氛活跃，目标一致，焕发英语课堂活力，以达到事半功倍的效果。 想象学生从早到晚，坐在教室里，一节课接着一节课，很容易产生视觉疲劳，听觉疲劳。如果老师总是板着面孔，传授知识，那很难激发学生的研究兴趣。因此，在教学中教师要注意情感的释放，教师走进课堂就应该象演员走进摄影棚，立刻进入角色，动作神态逼真传神，富于激情，用自己的教学热情去激发起学生的相应情感体验，以富有表现力的.面部表情，恰当自然的形态动作给学生深刻的感染，加速激活认知能力。 三、课堂气氛 我以为好的课堂教学应当是严厉与宽松相结合的。假如一节课一严到底学生会感到很压抑，久而久之便会对你的课堂失去兴趣，从而对这一科失去研究的信心，甚至还会产生抵触的心理，那就根本谈不上研究效果。可以通过小幽默，小笑话，小比赛，小表演来活跃课堂气氛，让学生愈加自然、轻松、舒畅的研究常识。 四、精讲多练 初中生的注意力集中时间只能持续十五到二十分钟。如果英语老师是“一张嘴，一支笔，从上课讲到下课。”的教学模式，就会出现“老师讲得天花乱坠，学生听得昏昏欲睡”的现象。新课程理念要求我们重视学生在课堂上的主体地位，少讲多练。一节英语课千万不可贪多，讲许多知识点。一节新课可适当降低难度，知识点可精讲精炼。整节课就几个重点反复操练，多读，多用，以达到学生课下能正确运用的目标。比如我会经常实行“一分钟背书”，四五句话看谁一分钟能够背完。“一口气英语”，一个长的句子或两个句子，一口气说下来，中间不准换气，看谁说的最快，最溜。在不知不觉中，很多的重点句型当堂就掌握背熟了。现在我上课只要一说“一口气英语”，学生就会马上兴奋的进入战斗状态。 五、兴趣 对于学生的研究兴趣，我们要特别注意培养和保护，注意教学的活泼性和趣味性，使课堂教学生充满激情和乐趣。而学校白板设施的装置给我们提供了绝好的平台，使我们的课堂得到了无限的扩展，产生了无限的可能，使得从前比力贫乏的教学手腕丰满立体起来。比如英语歌曲，西方民俗，社会现象，热点新闻，小游戏，有趣的小视频等等，都可以充实到我们的课堂中来。比如，对于某些没有研究自傲的学生，我曾经播放过一个网络传播很广的小视频，《死亡爬行》，让他们相信自己，勇于拼搏，同时也学学英语中，鼓励的话都怎样说。母亲节时，我给她们播放了一个英语高手模仿各国母亲说英语，同时号召他们回家实行3H打算，三个H代表一个拥抱（hug），一句谢谢（thankyou），帮妈妈做一件事（help）。本学期开学之初，我给学生们引见了暑假里流行的冰桶挑战，看XXX，XXX，XXX是如何挑战冰桶的。研究动物称号时，我给他们播放去年的网络英语，狐狸叫，让他们听英语中动物是怎样叫的。工夫一久，这些兴趣就会转化为强大内部研究动机。 六、暗示 当向上的信念指引某人的行动时，他所向往的所有高度都有可能到达。那我们有无给自己的学生足够的暗示呢？ 英语材的特点，决定了学生在研究过程中只有大胆的进行语言实践，才能真正掌握知识。而我们的学生普遍感到英语研究吃力，慢慢地产生了厌倦畏惧的心理，从而丧失了研究英语的信心。为了摆脱这种状况，我在教学随时利用一切机会，因势利导，以表扬为主，鼓励为辅，暗示他们每一个人都可以把英语学好。比如讲句子结构时，我就会说，英国人特笨，中国人特聪明，为什么？你看，他们把句子最重要的主语“人”放最前边，谓语动词做了什么挨着主语放，其它不重要的时间啊地点啊方式啊原因啊全扔在后边，所以他们说话是这样的，什么人做了什么事怎么样的什么地点什么时间。中国人多聪明啊，重要的放后边，时间啊地点什么的搁前边。我们是这样说的，什么时间什么地点某人做了什么，外国人一辈子都搞不懂。还有，中国人经常会说：“是的，我没有。”但英国人一听就懵了，是的怎么还没呢？他们只能理解“是的，我有”。学生一听，还真是的，这么难的中文我都会了，英语比起汉语真是太简单了。 【初中英语演讲稿】相关文章： 初中英语作文我的暑假_初中英语作文07-22 初中英语作文做自己_初中英语作文07-29 初中英语作文06-20 初中英语作文01-09 初中英语谚语11-14 初中英语作文范文07-23 初中英语优秀作文03-11 期待初中英语作文03-25 厦门初中英语作文03-25 成长的初中英语作文06-16初中英语演讲稿4
