连续3天的我院第八次运动会终于在紧张，激烈的氛围中结束了。此次运动会是我在进大学来第一次参加的运动会，去年由于外训没有参加，连会场都没有进过，所以连是怎样的气氛也没有感受过。
此次运动会让我深刻体会到什么是真正的紧张，激烈。我不知道去年我们工学院是怎样的一个场景和成绩，但是我想说的是此次运动会我们工学院很成功，无论是运动员的努力还是没有坐在观众席上拉拉队的氛围都是整个宁职院最好的，这点不论是哪个学院包括人数最多的基础学院都是没有办法和我们相比的。当一个商学院的干部对我说"你们工学院那么强，人那么少，呐喊声那么大！佩服！"虽然人家说的只是一句很普通的话，但是我却感觉很舒服，因为他是在夸我们学院。没错，我们学院的确是整个宁职院人数最少的一个分院，而且运动员也是最少的'，得的分数最少的，不过尽管我们输了分数，但是我们赢了气势。我想不管任何比赛，比赛的结果其实不重要，重要的是在这个过程中大家的一种团结，互助精神的培养和体现！
在此次运动会中我真正看到了我们工学院同学们那种团结的精神，这是我在基础学院时没有看到过的，我们暂且不说运动员的精神，我们来说观众席上的那些同学，我们安排的每个时间段观看比赛的班级的同学，大家都很积极，很坚持地坐在观众席上，而且很努力地喊着："运动员加油！工学院加油！"虽然下雨了，刮风，天很冷，但是同学们都坚持着，一直到最后。这样的场景认为能够所有的人看了都会感动。更值得一提的是当我们的学生干部喉咙嘶哑时，同学们居然能主动地拿起话筒帮我们一起带头喊加油。每一场比赛，每一轮，只要有我们学院运动员的，他们就站起来呐喊。此时他们不再分班级，不再分男女，大家心中只有一个概念"这是我们学院的运动员"，在这里我们能够清楚地知道什么叫"团结精神"。
我们在这次运动会中所有的负责人都是我们刚刚选举产生的第五届学生干部，大家虽然以前没有做过干部，但是在这次运动会中每个干部都很努力，不论哪个部门，不论是否是自己的负责的范围，大家在努力做好自己的本职工作时还不忘问一下其他部门是否需要帮忙，学生会本身就是一个大家庭，要的就是这样的团队。如果一个团队每个人都很散，大家都只顾自己的事情，不去过问别人，那永远不成一个团队，它只能是一个小分队，永远做不好事情，永远不可能将活动提高到更高的档次。每个部长都做的比较好，在将干事的工作都安排到位的同时，都能在工作中都能够做到以身作则，积极主动地带头做事，这样又促进了干事的工作积极性。这一点在以后的工作中应该继续发扬。
在这次运动会过程中，我觉得每个部门的工作做的都比较好，例如：宣传部做的很到位，能够及时地将运动员的信息通知给运动员和各位同学；生活部能够及时地为运动员提供水等，并能够及时安排人员去接长跑的运动员；体育部能够及时通知运动员到位等等。每个部门都很积极努力。这是大家有目共睹的。
当然好的方面我们要表扬，差的方面我们更要正视的，发扬好的，改正差的我们才能进步。在此次运动会我们也还存在着一些不足，这些我们在以后的活动中都是要避免再次出现的。比如：在运动会的第一天上午，我们没能及时安排好各班的观众席位置，同学们三五一群地乱坐，以致于学习部在点名时没有办法找全各班到席的同学。但是在上午结束后，学习部的干部就能及时补救，从而使下午的秩序很稳定。另外，在第一天时因为没有通知各班班长注意卫生，导致在会后我们的场地很脏，但是生活部也及时地采取措施，使后来的几天里，各班同学在结束后，各班的班干部都能自觉地留下来带走本班留下的垃圾。拉拉队在起先的时候虽然很积极，但是没有组织性，很乱，但后来经过调整，后来的拉拉队简直可以说是成为了一道风景线！在每一次会后我们都能及时地总结讨论我们所犯的错误，及时采取方法改正补救。我觉得这是我们以后不管搞什么活动都必需的一道程序。
错误犯了不怕，只要我们能知错而改，那我们就一定会进步。在不断地吸取错误教训的同时，我们要及时改正错误，保证不再犯同样的错，同时我们要发动群众的力量，多听取同学的建议，把同学的积极性带动起来，让所有人都参与进来，那我们的活动一定会很成功，而且我们也能不断地成长，壮大！

今天上午，我们3—6年级的所有同学相约南京师范大学，相约小操场，共同迎来了琅小一年一度的运动会。
首先，众校长致开幕词。之后我们就展开了激烈的比赛。第一场，就是我们三年级的集体项目——绕物接力了。比赛人数为10女10男，我也在当中，是第四棒。
随着裁判员一声呐喊：“各就各位——预备——跑！”我方队员就像箭一般“弹”了出去。拉拉队同学们的'喝彩声和欢呼声也随即响了起来，一阵一阵的，这儿的声音刚停下，那儿的声音就响了起来，真可以说是此起彼伏。前面跑得还不错，可是过了一会儿，我的好心情突然被一声清脆的“啪”打断了。完了！掉棒了！我方顿时鸦雀无声。哎！就因为这个，我们班才从前几名一下子滑落到了后三名。
虽然我们这次没有成功，但我也很高兴，因为我们班在200米和60米中都拿到了第1名，这两个好成绩弥补了我们集体项目里的空缺。

9月25日，一个我们期盼已久的日子，因为我们即将举行一年一度的秋季运动会，观众席已坐满了人，后勤人员也已在候场，开幕式也已完毕，每个同学都已抑制不住自己激动的心情等待着一切的开始。
“请参加初一50米的运动员到检录处检录”随着这句话的响起，所有人都知道运动会在这一刻开始了，一下子，寂静的操场立刻沸腾起来，加油声传遍了整个操场，而我，作为运动会一名播音员，既可以俯视运动会的全过程，也可以第一时间得到运动员们的比赛消息，然后把它播出去，这当然也是我最乐意做的事。
一场又一场的比赛随着时间的消逝，运动员们飞一样的'速度和坚持不懈的精神，在不知不觉中已经结束一半了，看了一下时间，现在是下午2点了，轮到初三男子50米了，“预祝初三(五)班华奇在男子50米比赛中获得好成绩，我们相信你，加油!”我刚播完，只听裁判一声令下，我们班华奇飞一样地冲了出去，就像离了弦的箭，冲出去就停不下来饿，不出我们所料，华奇赢了，轻松地进入决赛。我怀着喜悦的心情播完刚才的喜报，下来就是别的班跑了，我听到有人居然在喊漏油，肯定是那些没跑好的班级也“希望”别人跑不好，所有才开了个小玩笑。
很快，轮到我比赛了，虽然已经不是第一次跑了，但我的心情难免还是有些紧张，毕竟我是想拿名次的，所有很有压力，“砰、砰…”几声枪响，把我的心情搞得更加复杂了，我明显的
感觉到，心跳的加速无法控制，但还是提醒自己要镇静的对待，只有一圈，还是要调整好心态的，听到“预备跑，砰”我冲了出去，可能真的是太紧张了，没有调整好战术，赶到最后半圈有点不行了，旁边的同学已经反超了上来，心里想着一定要加油，可还是有点力不从心，最后跑了个小组第三，成绩不是很理想，但进决赛还是没问题，只有等到决赛和他们一决高低了。
半天时间眨眼就过了，大家也都筋疲力尽了，于是，都收拾收拾“行李”打包回“府”休息准备明天的总决赛了。
“曾经的失落，将化为今天的动力，运动员们继续加油吧!”今天( 9月26日)的比赛又开始了，新的一天，新的开始，大家都精神抖擞地准备着比赛，我今天有四个项目，所以就不用去播音了，开始不久的男子50米决赛和到后来的男子400米决赛，男子圆周接力……都获得了不错的成绩，我班2位运动员还分别破了校记录，只是女生的现状还不是很好，于是，在这方面我们明显感觉到与对手的竞争力，但只要自己真的尽全力了，大家都会支持的。一直到下午，只剩最后一个比赛项目迎面接力了，虽然是友谊赛，大家还是怀着必胜的信心出场，第一局刚开始，和我们一起比赛的初三(1)班掉棒了，这看起来似乎锁定了胜局，但还没我们班居然也掉棒，这次掉棒竟然导致我们两个班在第二局也频频掉棒，于是我们班就以第六名的成绩惨败告终，大家都失落地回到观众席，歇了一会儿，我发现我们班有同学在哭，后来又听说班主任也哭了，我急忙跑到教室去看，才知道都是被感动的在哭呢，我才放了心。原来，我们班男士说今年最后一届的比赛想拿冠军，因为掉棒女生也哭了，大家都不想发生这样的事!于是，我自告奋勇，去播音室播了一则消息:在呼喊声和加油声中运动会即将结束了，初三(五)班的同学们，不管你们的成绩如何，不要气馁，贾老师永远爱你们!终于，起到了激励的作用，同学们都路出了笑容。
闭幕式开始了，当黄海副校长宣布初三(五)为团体第一，我们都情不自禁地高喊出“耶!”此时此刻，我们都沉浸在欢乐的海洋里。
在这场秋季运动会中，不少同学为了集体都豁出去了，都有不同程度的受伤，我想说他们都是英雄，都是我们心中的偶像，国家的未来，我们都将为有他们这样的同学而感到骄傲和自豪在这场运动会中，我们充分感受到了，坚持不懈的精神和集体团队合作精神，今后，我们会充分发挥这样的精神，让今后的路更加辉煌，更加灿烂。

昨天在电视上看了大运会闭幕式，深圳世界大学生运动会闭幕式观后感。节目套路和北京奥运会没两样：武术，变脸等大杂烩，杂乱热闹一通。呆板，庸俗的歌手唱出没有激情的歌。再对比一下俄罗斯的表演：梦幻，浪漫，真挚深情的女生独唱打动每个人的心。节目的要害是没有"爱"，没有"真善美"，没有精神实质。不错，武术是中华文化的一部分。但它的性质是对抗的，是对敌人用的。
2000多年前古希腊举行奥运会，希腊各城邦之间如有战争都会自动停止。运动员头戴橄榄枝象征着和平。把武术，刀枪不入搬上各国人民友好联欢的大party是不合适的。是有违公平，和平，友谊，浪漫的。假如你出使一个国家，一见面就送人一本"孙子兵法"作为礼物。人家会怎样想?说明你的'国家会用兵打仗?还是要人家学习你兵法，然后较量一下?如果那不是你的本意，你就应当送给人一本"圣经"或是"论语"。我们民族有那么多的真善美的民间故事为什么不能搬上舞台?我们有梁山伯与祝英台，有嫦娥奔月，有白娘子和许仙的故事。我们有提出"仁者爱人"的大圣人孔子。北京奥运节目倒是提到了孔子，但呈现的是热闹的场面，并非孔子"仁爱"的精神实质。佛教也是中国文化的一部分，为什么不展现她的"慈悲大爱"?中国人富裕了，物质生活有了基本保障。解脱精神的贫困，情感的枯萎唯有老生常谈的"真善美"和"爱"。

我们班参加运动会的同学们都已经练习起来了！
每天晚自习都可以看见在大操场上有几个正在奔跑的'人影，那就是我们班的同学们正在训炼体能，她们不怕辛苦，不怕摔跤，她们心中有一个共同的声音就是“不放弃”！
我们虽然有很多项目，但我最喜欢的是接力和大绳，考验的是同学之间的配合，团结，跌倒了我们爬起来，大绳是我们的一个集体项目，要控制绳的力度和速度，同学们都很累，但是没有人抱怨，因为我们是八班，所以好多同学都在练习。
