　　昨天，我们上了一节有趣的体育课----跳"山羊"。

　　Yesterday, we had an interesting P.E. class - jumping "goat".

　　老师先示范了几次，接着就让大家跳。我们很紧张，也很激动，不敢跳。小美就自告奋勇地第一个跳：只见她飞快地跑着，当靠近"山羊"时，她双手突然撑在羊背上，双腿伸开打平，就这样"嗖"地一下跳过去了，还赢得了大家的喝彩。

　　The teacher demonstrated several times first, then let everyone jump. We were nervous and excited, afraid to jump. Xiaomei volunteered for the first jump: she ran very fast. When she was near the goat, her hands suddenly supported on the back of the goat, her legs stretched out and flattened, so she "swished" across and won everyone's applause.

　　接下来，我们一个个进行了跳"山羊"，大家玩得多开心呀！
